Vendor Terms & Conditions 1. Vendors must provide genuine and accurate business information. 2. Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate product details, pricing, and inventory. 3. Vendors shall ensure timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders. 4. Vendors shall comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations. 5. Stationary24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations. 6. Vendors shall not sell counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal products. 7. Vendors are responsible for handling customer complaints related to their products. 8. Commission, service charges, and payment settlements will be governed by the agreement between Stationary24 and the vendor. 9. Vendors agree to maintain product quality and professional conduct. 10. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat.
